I LOVE Italian food, and frequently make a batch of homemade meat sauce to use in a variety of recipes. Tonight I had some over zucchini noodles. Here’s the recipe, which was my mother’s as well…
1 lb lean ground beef (or turkey)
1 small can tomato paste
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 large can Tomato puree
minced garlic or garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper to taste
I topped my zoodles with grated Parmesan cheese.
